Western Vents & Curbs was started in 1984 when Lee Stacy purchased the machinery and equipment of the Phoenix branch of Louvers and Dampers, Inc. when that branch closed. Lee had been employed as General Manager of that operation for the previous five years. Lee operated Western Vents until he sold the company in 1997. Unfortunately the company deteriorated under the new buyer and it was close to shutting down when Lee repurchased it in 2002.
Lee?s son, Ted had worked for Western Vents during summers while going to school and he joined the company full time when it was repurchased. Today, Ted serves as General Manager of Western Vents &
Curbs.
In 2005, Lee?s Brother Ted Sr. who previously owned Louvers and Dampers Inc., joined the company in a Consultant capacity and together with Ted and Lee provide the management of the company.
Our marketing effort is pretty much dependent on referrals from present customers and this has accounted for our growth. If you represent a roof mounted fan line and are involved in the commercial or industrial HVAC industry
